Project Engineer – SCADA Specialist

Summary:
Project engineers are key to delivering for our customers. Working with a wide array of businesses you will work with our best-in-class automation software to deliver on our customers’ requirements.
Salary: £45-55K
What you need:
- Experience within a similar project engineer role.
- Project Management experience.
- SCADA experience
- Database, SQL, OLEDB, Webservices experience
- OPC & BACNET experience
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and be passionate about your own development.
- A passion to modernise the workspaces and factories of the future.
- Time management, prioritisation, and communication skills.
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).
If you’ve got it, BONUS:
- Proficient in working with ICONICS software components and web-based configuration environment.
- Project Management qualification – similar to PRINCE2
- Basic knowledge of Azure infrastructure & components
- Awareness of SCADA, Historians, GUI design and other types of communication protocols.
This role will involve:
- Collaborating directly with the customer on the design, implementation and delivery of solutions to meet/exceed the customers’ requirements. Taking full ownership of tasks required.
- Play an active role in the project team and wider business teams supporting our culture.
- Use your innovative and problem solving skills to identify improvements and opportunities throughout each project.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Sales and Software Development to achieve top outcomes.
- Manage the customer relationship throughout
- Report project status, risks, and opportunities on a weekly basis.
