Now, we’re looking for a passionate Motion Designer to join our dynamic Creative team—a group of experts spanning creative technology, UX/UI, art direction, 2D & 3D design, motion graphics, and copywriting.
Your Impact
As our Motion Designer, you’ll be at the heart of bringing ideas to life. Working closely with our Design Director and a team of multidisciplinary creatives, you’ll produce visually stunning motion content that enhances live experiences, digital activations, and social campaigns.
From storyboarding and filming to editing and motion graphics, you’ll take projects from concept to completion, crafting compelling narratives that captivate audiences. Whether it’s event visuals, interactive experiences, or cutting-edge digital content, your work will be seen by thousands—if not millions—around the world.

- Crafting compelling motion graphics and producing high-quality cinematic event footage for both client and GPJ projects—you’ll bring brand stories to life through stunning visuals.
- Capturing event moments and creating impactful videos for award-winning entries, marketing campaigns, and case studies. Your work will be at the forefront of our clients’ success stories.
- Mastering brand guidelines—you’ll immerse yourself in each client’s unique voice, ensuring every project aligns with their vision while adding your creative touch.
- Bringing innovative ideas to the table, with the confidence to respond to creative briefs and elevate every project you take on.
- Working closely with freelancers and being a key part of collaborative teams, contributing to the successful delivery of larger, high-profile projects.

Your Background Skills and Experience
- A degree or equivalent experience in film and motion graphics production.
- Proven experience in communicating your ideas clearly, from concept to delivery.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in a professional environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, busy design team.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (or similar software). Knowledge of 3D software and tools like CapCut is a plus.
