Payroll Senior – Hybrid Working – Competitive Benefits
Adele Carr Recruitment is proud to be working with a modern and dynamic accountancy firm that is currently seeking a Payroll senior to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of small to medium-sized payrolls for multiple clients
- Ensure all payroll requirements and deadlines are met with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, assisting with any payroll-related queries
- Liaise with HMRC and other third parties to resolve client queries
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
- Raise accurate bills for clients in a timely manner
- Support the team and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years of payroll experience, ideally in an accountancy practice environment
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, including pension auto-enrolment
- Experience with payroll software (preferably Sage or BrightPay Professional Payroll)
- Excellent IT and numeracy skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
