Excellent opportunity for a paralegal to join the central HR/employment team of a major asset manager. This is a busy role, London based and ideally requires prior asset management experience. You will see everything and be privy to sensitive group wide matters. Day to day will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting with trader terms, hiring, and annual revisions
- Performance driven matters
- C-suite hire matters
- Employee relations matters
You will have spent at least 2 years in a paralegal position either in-house or a city law firm.
