Porsche Centre Aberdeen has a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join our management team.
As the New Car Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and performance of Porsche’s new vehicle range. You will lead a team of sales professionals, manage day-to-day operations, and develop strategies to exceed sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your leadership will set the standard for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience and team performance.

About the Role
In this role you will:
• You will work closely with the Centre Principal to build and lead a strong team of Sales Executives, monitor their performance, ensuring continuous mentoring and support.
• You will be responsible for the F&I performance of your department and will lead this through your Sales controller
• You will be expected to maintain strong profitability levels in your department
• You will take lead responsibility for the ordering of cars to fulfil our discerning customers’ needs with support of your administration function
• You will work with our marketing team throughout the year on exciting customer events activating the brand and our customer engagement
• You will offer a personal service to a small number of our longstanding customers in helping them with all Porsche requirements
• You will be expected to maintain rigid Porsche standards on an ongoing basis in line with our brand requirements
Brand Ambassador
As an ambassador for our brand, you will receive world-class training from Porsche Cars GB, allowing you to immerse yourself in this iconic brand and the power behind it in this market.
This will include both you and your team embarking on a Porsche Certification programme, attending regular and ongoing web-based training and adding to your learning journey several times each year with bespoke learning based on your unique training needs.
