Job Description
PROJECT MANAGER – Edinburgh – 12-month FTC – Hybrid 2/3-days a week
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You should be customer-focused, highly organised, and skilled in building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
The ideal candidate will take ownership and responsibility for their work, applying a structured and logical approach to problem-solving. You should have a clear understanding of broader organisational objectives and be able to assess project impact accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
✔ Take ownership of project plans, milestones, resources, and reporting in line with organisational frameworks.
✔ Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, collaborating with key stakeholders.
✔ Facilitate workshops and define project scope in partnership with business SMEs.
✔ Ensure compliance with governance standards and maintain high-quality project documentation.
✔ Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and 3rd party suppliers.
✔ Lead meetings, challenge vendors, and support testing coordination.
