Operationally focused project management role at theprintspace, world Leaders in fine art printing & social commerce

Reporting directly to the COO and working from our state-of-the-art studio in Shoreditch, the heart of London’s thriving creative community, you’ll project manage pioneering innovations in our products, services, and internal processes. You would be part of an organization that stands alone as a leading platform for art and photographic printing, celebrated for its commitment to quality, innovation, and the fostering of connections with clients. As well as our Shoreditch studio, we have production facilities in Dusseldorf and Brooklyn, and there will be opportunities to visit these branches for work.

First and foremost, you should be an experienced project manager. Ideally, your previous experience will be in the creative or creative-adjacement industries. But it could also be in light-manufacturing. We can teach you the specifics; what we care most about is talent and drive. Why? To make that happen, we need confident and assertive project managers, able to problem solve, innovate, and improve processes with diligence and speed as we shape the industry to new heights!

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Driving Productivity and Efficiency: Your role will involve introducing innovative ideas, refining workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement changes that boost productivity and streamline operations.
  • Refining production processes: Your role will involve evaluating and upgrading systems, tools, quality control and procedures to reduce errors and waste. Whether introducing new products or software, optimizing hardware, or fine-tuning on-the-ground workflows, your focus will be on creating scalable, effective solutions that enhance output and maintain the highest standards.
  • Enhancing Profitability and Managing Costs: Beyond identifying cost-saving opportunities, you will evaluate alternate solutions, and introduce smarter ways of working to enhance profitability. Your ability to balance cost control with maintaining high operational standards will be central to the role.

What we're looking for:

  • Experienced project managers (3+ years)
  • Responsibility for some KPIs with a degree of autonomy in decision making/delivering solutions to hit those targets. 
  • A track record of delivering projects or operational innovations
  • Ambition and drive, with a natural ability to problem solve diligently
  • Adobe Photoshop skills (basic/moderate level)
  • Spreadsheet/ project management tools experience
