Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage a variety of channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and networking to book meetings with prospective clients. You\’ll proactively drive new business development efforts from scratch.
- Engage Senior Decision-Makers:
- Establish relationships with C-suite executives and senior directors, effectively communicating the value of Ultima’s services and solutions tailored to their unique business needs.
- Conduct Discovery Calls:
- Lead exploratory conversations to understand potential clients\’ pain points, identify needs, and evaluate how Ultima\’s services can support their goals. Utilize our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to target the right prospects.
- Deliver Tailored Content:
- Provide relevant marketing materials and resources that resonate with prospects, helping to move them through the sales funnel and building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Pipeline Management:
- Take ownership of your sales pipeline, consistently tracking and updating your activity in Dynamics CRM to ensure all leads and opportunities are managed effectively.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers:
- Work closely with Sales Managers to convert Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) into actual sales opportunities, ensuring smooth transitions through the sales cycle.
- Continuous Learning and Development:
- Stay ahead of industry trends and product knowledge. You will be encouraged to pursue ongoing professional development to sharpen your skills.
