Based within Calderhead high School, Shotts you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food and beverages, ordering supplies and provisions and organising meal serving.
You must have an Elementary Hygiene Certificate and relevant experience of food preparation. You will have knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations and be a good communicator, with good cooking skills. Experience of cash handling, stock taking and basic paperwork is essential.
You will be an enthusiastic and conscientious team player with the ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure.
Work Pattern:
30 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 8am till 2.30pm (30 mins unpaid break)
