M&E Condition Surveyor – Devon Southwest UK

As an experienced M&E specialist, you will join a dedicated public sector partner committed to maintaining and enhancing infrastructure and quality of a wide range of buildings across the Devon region in the Southwest. Your new role
You will join a professional property surveying team for an initial 12 month contract period – ultimately, you’ll be responsible for conducting comprehensive mechanical and electrical condition surveys across various school and education buildings. This will require an assessment of the condition of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire systems.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you’ll need to have proven experience working within building services or in a mechanical / electrical client-side role. You’ll need to have strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, excellent report writing and communication skills, and will ensure compliance with relevant health & safety regulations.
What you’ll get in return
In return, you will receive an initial 12 month flexible contract, meaning that you’ll be able to plan and map your week independently, undertaking surveys with a ‘quality over quantity’ approach.
