Job Title – HGV/LGV Class 1 Driver Location – Burton-on-Trent Shifts – Monday to Friday Contract – Ongoing Driver Resource are looking to recruit Class 1 Drivers for our Client based in Burton-on-Trent on an ongoing basis. The work consists of delivering full cages to stores and unloading – up to 3 stores per day. You will then be required to bring back the empty cages to the Burton Depot. This is manual work and the cages can be heavy. Shifts available are Monday to Friday with weekends off. Start times vary between 02:30 – 04:00 with an average of 9 to 11 hours per day. There is the potential to night out although this is not too often at present. Pay rates for the PAYE Driver are as follows: Mon to Fri – £18.04 per hour Holiday must be accrued separately for this Client. The successful Class 1 Driver will be required to have the following: – 6 months HGV experience – Driver CPC Qualification – Digital tacho card – No more than 6 points on licence – No DR or IN conviction codes – Good communication skills If you are interested please apply via this website or call 0116 3666 530 and ask to speak to Sophie.
