Job Description

Our recruitment client is offering a ground-floor opportunity to shape and lead a brand new recruitment delivery/resourcing function. This is a pivotal role for someone who understands what great recruitment delivery and resourcing looks like, enjoys coaching and training, and developing others, while driving performance and operational efficiency to ensure they meet their clients' hiring needs.

To be successful in this role, you'll love all things about the 'candidate journey', love coaching and training. You'll thrive on building structured programmes that help people reach their potential. You'll enjoy implementing your own ideas, shaping recruitment processes, and making an impact on how delivery works. You'll have a passion for improving efficiency, managing performance, and creating streamlined delivery processes that make a tangible commercial impact.

You will already have experience managing delivery or resourcing teams either in agency recruitment, MSP, RPO, or internal talent acquisition. You'll likely be leading a resourcing / delivery team in an agency recruitment setting, or you may have moved into a talent role and are keen to return to a recruitment delivery function. Your experience in prioritising projects, allocating resources effectively, and delivering against KPIs will be key to success.

In this role, you'll lead the delivery team, setting priorities and ensuring client needs are met. You'll be hands-on in developing Delivery / Resourcing recruitment training, managing performance, and working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding results for their clients. There’s a real chance to shape the function and bring your ideas to life. You will play a key role in helping the delivery team grow and thrive.
