Job Description
We are now working with the private capital advisory team of a major investment bank. They advise private equity secondaries funds, co-investment groups, and other funds on secondary deals, continuation funds, and fundraising.
They are now looking to add people to their London team at the Analyst and Associate level. The roles will work on:
- Advising private equity secondaries teams on acquisitions and disposals
- Advising on continuation funds
- Fundraising and the project management of capital raising processes
They are interested in meeting people as follows:
- Analysts and associates with private capital experience
- Analysts and associates from other private placement agents
- Analysts and associates from secondaries funds looking to move into an advisory role
