About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Research Manager to join our client on a temporary basis. This role is to support their current Research Managers, ensuring the smooth continuation of their research projects. You will be involved in a variety of social and market research projects, such as staff surveys, partnership data, organisation data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, design, and undertake quantitative and qualitative research projects from initial consultation to final presentation with stakeholders
- Ensure research planning, outputs, and resources meet current and future organisational requirements.
- Enable organisational and strategic decision-making through robust research findings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing, overseeing, and delivering multiple research projects (both quantitative and qualitative).
- Ability to produce and translate research and evidence into practical findings to meet customer and stakeholder needs.
- Comfortable handling and analysing large data sets as well as qualitative data.
- Ability to communicate the importance of a strong evidence base.
- Excellent people, supplier, and customer management skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Focused on achieving business objectives through understanding and developing their contribution.
- Ability to make links between a range of data sources.
- Comfortable reporting and presenting information to all levels.
