An important and varied role that sits between our Technical Department and our Quality & Internal NPD team. Assisting with day-to-day functions within the Technical Department to ensure Legality, Safety and Compliance whilst collaborating with the NPD and Sales Team to ensure the successful launch of new products., * Be part of the team working to accurately complete Supplier Approval Questionnaires.

Assist with the generation of new customer specifications and complete customer portals.

Deal with Customer Service queries, responding in a timely and professional manner.

Be part of the new product development process, ensuring full compliance to technical standards.

Be competent to cover the generation of labels in the absence of our NPD and project coordinator.

Assist in successful first production runs as required.

A strong understanding of microbiology and nutrition.

Familiar with BRC – Food Safety Standards, HACCP and Internal Auditing.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role in FMCG.

An understanding of the operational side of Food Manufacturing
