In this role you will work with your fellow team members to plan and deliver a safe, fun, and engaging wall climbing programme that meets the needs of our customers who will be aged 4 to 12 years old during the weekends and school holidays. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in future coaching opportunities if you wish. Your days will be spent supervising the children, briefing them, and preparing them for their climbing sessions and making sure the kids are enjoying themselves, are well looked after and have the best experience possible. This is your chance to be involved in keeping children entertained and you will go home each day with a huge sense of satisfaction at the difference you have made. About you First and foremost, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, communication and organisational skills as well as be comfortable working with children. We welcome applications from candidates aged 16 and above. We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, enthusiastic, and highly motivated to be considered for this role. Lastly, it’s desirable that you hold a sport specific, play work qualification, first aid certificate as well as child protection however this is not essential as full training will be provided.
