Job Description
Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer – Sheffield
Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer – An exciting opportunity for a commercial gas engineer to join a top tier main contractor who deliver construction and facilities management projects across the UK.
Duties:
- Perform reactive and proactive maintenance on commercial boilers and heating systems.
- Complete new installations, repairs, and diagnostics, including basic electrical fault finding.
- Provide callout support as per the rota and maintain cleanliness of plant rooms and workshops.
Experience:
- Previous experience in reactive maintenance, particularly with commercial combustion and HVAC systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose faults in heating systems and plant.
- Familiarity with fabric and mechanical maintenance tasks.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Commercial Gas Qualifications: COCN1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1.
- Domestic gas qualifications (preferred): CCN1, CENWAT1, CPA1, ICAE1.
- Full UK drivers license (no more than 6 penalty points).
