Applus UK Ltd is seeking a qualified NDT Technician (Level 2 โ€“ EN4179) to carry out critical inspections across aerospace and industrial components. If you thrive in a high-paced environment and are passionate about precision and safety, we want to hear from you.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

  • Performing Level 2 NDT inspections using Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiography, Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), and Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI).
  • Carrying out Fluorescent Penetrant Inspections on a wide range of aviation and engineering parts.
  • Managing day-to-day test house tasks such as booking work, issuing certificates, and preparing delivery notes.
  • Ensuring all consumables and equipment meet quality control standards.
  • Handling parts logistics, including unpacking, packing, and documentation.
  • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with HSEQ standards.
  • Supporting and mentoring team members on their NDT certification journey.

What Youโ€™ll Bring

  • Required: EN4179 Level 2 certification in Ultrasonic Inspection (or PCN Aero Level 2 equivalent).
  • Preferred: Experience operating static MPI benches and penetrant lines. Prior work in a test house or similar technical environment. Exposure to additional NDT methods. Valid forklift license and passport. PCN Level 2 General certification.
