Overview
Montcalm Collection is looking for a skilled and ambitious Front Office Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role by ensuring the highest levels of customer service are consistently being delivered to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure regular and VIP Guests are recognized and that the Front Office department operates with a sales attitude and promotes the wellness concept of the Inhabit Brand.
- Manage the front office team members to ensure all company procedures and standards are being adhered to.
- Ensure Front Office team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, and policies. Train the team continuously on policies and procedures and develop the team members where necessary.
- Plan and prepare employee rotas and monitor staffing levels to meet business demands.
Essential Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of Opera.
- Previous experience in a similar role and ideally in boutique hotels.
- Excellent leadership skills and proven track record of training and developing employees.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail, great communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges/complaints.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
Eligibility
Candidates must be authorised to live and work in the UK. Currently, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
