Job Description
Remote Clinical Pharmacist Opportunity
We are working with a PCN that require a clinical pharmacist to help support their team for 3-4 days per week, from April.
The role
- Tis role is a remote role
- Work as part of the team to deliver an excellent service to patient cohort
- Completing Medication reviews, SMR’s, Prescription queries etc.
About you
- Independent prescriber – Essential
- CPPE Pathway – Completed, enrolled or exemption letter – Essential
- Experience in long term condition management- desirable
- Access to Emis web or System One – desirable
