What are we looking for? We are seeking a motivated and passionate Sustainability Graduate to provide support to our Chief Sustainability Officer and the wider Sustainability team. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to our organization\’s sustainability initiatives, whilst learning from experienced professionals in the field.Who will I be working with?You will have first-hand, day-to-day mentoring from the Chief Sustainability Officer (based in London), and the wider Sustainability team (based in Paris and Boston). What will I be doing?Research and Analysis: Conduct research on sustainability best practices, emerging trends, and industry benchmarks to support the development of strategies and initiatives.Data Collection and Reporting: Assist in gathering and analysing data, helping to track and report on key performance indicators and progress towards sustainability goals.Project Support: Provide support to projects and initiatives, including coordination, communication, and documentation of project activities.Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting engagement efforts and communication related to sustainability initiatives.Communication and Outreach: Contribute to the development of communication materials, including presentations, reports, and internal/external messaging.Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing events, and managing documentation related to sustainability activities.Learning and Development: Take advantage of opportunities to learn from and collaborate with the Sustainability team, gaining exposure to various aspects of management and strategy.What skills and qualifications are required for the role?This role would suit a recent graduate (or currently enrolled in final year of a master’s degree program in Finance, Asset Management, Sustainability, Business administration, or a related field, or an applicant seeking their next job who may not necessarily be a new university leaver.Previous internship experiences and familiarity with corporate work environment. Passion for sustainability and interest in environmental and social impact issues.Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner. Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus (Power BI).This role is for you if you are a proactive, driven individual with a passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact.
