Architectural Technologist

A highly respected national studio, based in the heart of East London, is looking for a skilled Architect with solid Revit skills to join their collaborative team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the design and technical delivery of complex, high-density residential & commercial schemes across London. Renowned for their landmark housing projects, the studio offers a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in producing detailed technical packages, resolving on-site challenges, and ensuring full compliance with UK Building Regulations. This position is ideal for someone confident in Revit and experienced in the mid to later RIBA stages, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Description

• Produce and coordinate technical drawing packages using Revit
• Produce design delivery programmes and schedules
• Liaise with developer and subconsultants
• Onsite delivery

Key Skills

• ARB III qualified or equivalent
• Revit proficiency and experience producing drawing packages from stages 3+ is essential
• Demonstrable experience working within UK housing, mixed use, or commercial projects is also essential
