Our client are an ambitious and dynamic firm with a strong national presence. Providing a wide range of legal services, they are now looking to add to the team with the recruitment of an Employment Law Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE.
THE ROLE:
Provide comprehensive legal advice on employment law issues, including but not limited to unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and employment contracts.
Represent clients in employment tribunals and courts.
Prepare and manage cases, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and negotiating settlements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and related legislation.
Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and legal procedures.
Provide excellent client service, maintaining clear communication and addressing client concerns.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of legal practice.
THE CANDIDATE:
Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
Proven track record of handling both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
