Integrated Facilities and Workplace Coordinator

One of our clients is seeking an Integrated Facilities and Workplace Coordinator to oversee and manage all aspects of their facilities and front of house area. This role combines the responsibilities of maintaining a comfortable and efficient workspace, ensuring facilities are fit for purpose, and driving continual improvement activities across the site.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Maintain all aspects of facilities to ensure offices are fit for purpose. Manage communal facilities, equipment, and stock, ensuring everything is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Act as the first point of contact for both internal and external visitors, manage site calendar, and support all teams with office administration.
- Coordination of facilities contractors: Booking scheduled and reactive works, raise purchase orders for renewal of service contracts and reactive works, point of contact to contract managers, service report admin.
- Administrative support to site teams as required: Document administration, conference booking, travel booking support, site related document updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Strong administrative and facilities experience.
- Skills: Competent in Microsoft Office, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to deliver effective training. Strong problem-solving skills with a thorough knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.
