Assist the Production Manager in executing daily meal production schedules.

Oversee the preparation and cooking of our meals, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.

Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Ensure all food production meets health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen.

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure the highest standards of taste, presentation, and nutritional value.

Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and compliance with food safety standards.

Proven experience as an Assistant Kitchen Manager or Head Chef from any catering background.

Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work alone and in a team.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
