They are currently seeking an analyst to assist with M&A and private capital deals. The role offers a unique insight into new business models across growth companies and leadingÂinvestors in the space.

Candidates will have:

• 1-2 years of M&A experience and must have the ability to take the day to day lead on M&A executionÂ
• Strong modelling/transaction execution experience
• Ideally fluency in at least one other European language
• Prior sector experience within infra/renewables/cleantech/energy
