Maintenance Manager

This is a great opportunity to work within the renewables sector. Due to continued growth, my client is now recruiting for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to join their site in Stockton-On-Tees. Leading from the front, the successful Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the planning, managing and coordinating all maintenance activities whilst supporting the operations on site.

• Hold an HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor working in an engineering environment, dealing with inventory, budgets, reliability, root cause analysis, maintenance tasks, repairs and projects.
• Strong mechanical engineering abilities.
• Previous experience working with PLCs – fault finding level.
• Experience working on single and 3 phase systems.
• Ability to work to high standards.
• Flexibility to join a Duty Manager rota every 3 weeks.
• IT Literate.

• Salary – up to £75k DOE
• Monday to Friday role.
