Technical Services ManagerA long-established and highly regarded main contractor, recognised for delivering premium commercial spaces in some of London’s most iconic buildings, is seeking a Technical Services Manager to join their growing team. With nearly 70 years of experience and a reputation for delivering complex fit-out and refurbishment schemes with precision, this contractor works on projects ranging from £10 million to £250 million in value.Known for its client-focused delivery model and consistent repeat business, the company offers an excellent opportunity for a technically minded professional to take ownership of MEP coordination across fast-paced, high-spec commercial fit-outs in Central London.The Role:As Technical Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the MEP delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
