Summary of the role and key responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the HRIS & Payroll system implementation and all other HR systems in terms of data management (covering circa 1100 employees), system renewals management & budgeting.
- Continuous improvement of technologies (existing and new) to enhance people performance, efficiencies, and experience.
- HR Data analytics and reporting to the business (all levels) on all aspects of HR (Operations, BP, TA, L&D, People Experience) – pulling data from various systems into Power BI.
- Management of the HR Operations team to deliver an excellent experience through the employment lifecycle.
- Data analysis, KPI development & performance of the Operations team.
- Compliance, contract management, policies, and related processes.
- Workforce planning, headcount/budget management & forecasting.
- People management skills.
