HR Operations Manager

The role involves driving new HR Systems and digitalisation, with a focus on replacing the current HR System. This position requires a tech-focused mindset to improve process efficiency and service delivery, ensuring seamless HR service delivery and a strong employee experience.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the HRIS & Payroll system implementation and all other HR systems in terms of data management (covering circa 1100 employees), system renewals management & budgeting.
• Continuous improvement of technologies (existing and new) to enhance people performance, efficiencies, and experience.
• HR Data analytics and reporting to the business (all levels) on all aspects of HR (Operations, BP, TA, L&D, People Experience) – pulling data from various systems into Power BI.
• Management of the HR Operations team to deliver an excellent experience through the employment lifecycle.
• Data analysis, KPI development & performance of the Operations team.
• Compliance, contract management, policies, and related processes.
• Workforce planning, headcount/budget management & forecasting.
• People management skills.
