Our Patient Advisors should enjoy meeting new people and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills with both patients and ophthalmic professionals alike.Your day to day responsibilities may vary however a typical day will involve the following duties:Building a strong relationship with our patientsPerforming diagnostic eye scans (full training will be provided)Confidently relaying patient information to the optometrist to ensure a smooth patient journeyMaintaining patient records with accurate and up to date informationArranging affordable finance options to suit each individual patientSchedule patients’ consultations and surgeries with our optometrists and surgeonsThe successful candidate will:Be driven and passionate with a willingness to succeedHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsBe able to demonstrate strong negotiation skillsBe self-motivated to work with and without supervisionPossess strong organisational skillsBe commercially aware whilst providing world-class customer serviceIf you believe you have the right skills and attributes for this role, we would love to hear from you.
