Product Manager – AI Legal Tech ImplementationCompany OverviewA well-established, independent IT services provider with a strong focus on employee retention and development. The company has a close-knit, collaborative culture and a team of around 70 people. Based in Central London, they operate a hybrid model with three days a week in the office. Their reputation is built on a straightforward, customer-first approach, primarily serving clients in the legal sector, including long-standing partnerships with legal chambers.Why They\’re HiringTo diversify their service offering and future-proof the business, the company is transitioning into a product-led model. They\’ve developed an AI-powered solution-leveraging large language model technology-to help legal professionals manage documentation-heavy workloads securely and efficiently.The RoleThe AI product has been developed by a small engineering team and is already in use with positive client feedback. The next step is to bring in a Product Manager to lead client-facing implementation.Key responsibilities include:Taking over client relationships post-initial engagementSupporting the sales processLeading implementation and onboardingDelivering training and creating high-quality user documentationThis is not a traditional roadmap-driven product role. Instead, it focuses on implementation, customer engagement, and communication.
