Can you drive communication and brand efforts in the UK and Ireland (UK&I) based on a strong global position? Join our Communication & Marketing function as our new Head of Communication and Marketing for UK&I and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our Head of Communication and Marketing, you will support our overall ambition to become the partner for sustainable change for our clients and stakeholders. Your main responsibility will be to support and implement annual priorities which can drive Ramboll´s position and brand in the UK&I market, based on strong global concepts for internal and external communication and marketing. Your responsibility will be – together with the regional team – to mobilise internal and external stakeholders in UK&I around company priorities and campaigns ensuring they have an impact in the market.Key Responsibilities:Advisor to the Managing Director on strategic as well as day-to-day itemsStrategic planning ensuring overall exposure of company agendas internally and externallyPR responsible for handling media reach out and reactive PRImplement and drive action plan on local key stakeholder engagements, e.g. client eventsInternally anchor our company strategy to strengthen collaboration and diversity in RambollYou will report to the Western Europe and APAC regional director for Communication and Marketing and be a member of the regional Communication & Marketing leadership team. You will also play a key role in the Country Leadership Team and have a dotted line to the Managing Director for UK&I.
