We seek a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and oversee our digital growth. The ideal candidate will drive a data-driven marketing approach to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and expand into the private sector.
You will collaborate with sales, CRM, content, and design teams, and manage external agencies to maximize ROI across digital channels. You will also contribute to digital transformation, brand strategy, and marketing automation initiatives.

- Develop and implement digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer acquisition and retention, collaborating with relevant teams to adopt new digital marketing technologies.
- Own and optimize SEO, PPC, and paid media strategies, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising, ensuring high ROI and effective remarketing.
- Oversee website development, hosting, CRM integration, and content strategy, supporting inbound lead generation and ABM campaigns across multiple channels.
- Establish analytics to track ROI and campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies, optimize budgets, and stay ahead in digital marketing innovation.
What does it take?
If you’re ready to energize our business as a Digital Marketing Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience leading digital marketing in a fast-growing or hyper-growth B2B environment.
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, paid media, and delivering measurable improvements.
- Strong experience in ABM, especially in enterprise sales.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot) and CRM systems.
- Deep knowledge of website management, social media marketing (especially LinkedIn), and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Working arrangements
We support flexible and remote working practices. The role requires a hybrid work schedule, with three days per week in our London office.
