I am currently working alongside a well-established manufacturer known for delivering precision-engineered components into demanding sectors like aerospace, defence, and advanced industrial applications. My client is seeking a Head of Business Development to drive growth across the EMEA region, whilst providing support to team members and individual accounts.
Head of Business Development responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 8, with 5 Regional Sales Managers and 3 Field Application Engineers.
- Develop new business throughout the EMEA region.
- Provide support to manage your team members' accounts.
- Representing the brand at trade shows and industry events.
Head of Business Development Requirement:
- Successful track record in Business Development within the electronic components market.
- Strong experience selling connectors.
- Successful track record of managing a team.
- Knowledge of components, electronics, or industrial manufacturing.
