I am looking to bring fresh talent into an industry shaping agronomy business for their Scottish team as a result of sucession planning. You may already have experience in an agronomy sector and looking for a change to a business with exceptional career development opportunities or alternatively you could have a strong arable background looking to embark on a career in agronomy.

You will be someone motivated by providing exceptional tailored technical advice to your clients, promoting a wide range of well respected products and a total solution for the arable farm. This is a rare opportunity to join a well respected team, working and training with leading Agronomists who can boast extensive experience in the Scottish agronomy sector.

The successful person will:

• Have a strong practical background, a relevant degree would be advantageous.

• BASIS and/or FACTS would provide a distinct advantage, but are not essential.

• The capability to record and interpret data, utilising information provided to provide comprehensive support.

• Be a team player- the team in Scotland work collaboratively to grow the business and support each other.

• Self motivated- this is a remote role and you need to be trusted to manage your own workload effectively.

• Have a full UK driving licence.

In return, this business can provide a robust remuneration package to include basic salary, bonus/commission, company car/allowance and a comprehensive benefits programme.

Inexperienced Agronomists will be provided with a long term, clear career development programme which will include any relevant training and qualifications over a 2-3 year period.
