Greet and respond to customer enquiries in a friendly and effective manner

Make sure all electronic records are maintained

Deal with incoming and outgoing calls to various third parties, including Doctors, Social Workers, Resident Families, etc.

Report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Operative accordingly

Maintain petty case records

Show visitors around the care home in the absence of the Manager

Provide general administration support to the Manager as required
Are you a friendly, welcoming individual with experience in dealing with the general public? Do you have exceptional communication skills with people of all levels?, * Experience working within a caring environment (not essential)
