The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for business development and the ability to cultivate a positive workplace environment. You will be instrumental in maintaining employee satisfaction, ensuring efficient operations and achieving sales targets that align with our core values., Sales Management

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.

  • Identify new business opportunities and foster strong client and contractor relationships.

  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Operational Leadership

  • Reporting directly into the Founders, you will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

  • Develop, implement and refine operational procedures to maximise productivity.

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment and synergy.

Employee Engagement and Wellbeing

  • Cultivate a culture of kindness and caring, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.

  • Implement strategies to maintain high employee engagement and retention.

  • Provide mentorship, training and career development opportunities for the growing team.

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop business strategies and long-term plans.

  • Implement initiatives that align with Looking After Me’s values and contribute to overall growth.

  • Analyse market trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

  • Proven experience in a sales and operations management role.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on creating a positive workplace culture.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

  • Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and projects.
