· Help and support the head chef in food preparation and the everyday running of the kitchen
· Help train other members of the kitchen team
· Running of the kitchen in the head chefs absence
· Experience of events / high volume would be ideal but training will be given
· Communicating with kitchen porters on any support or replenishment items required

We are now looking to recruit a welcoming and experienced and professional, highly organised, and motivated Sous Chef on a full time permanent basis with experience in a similar setting.
The Kitchen is one of the main points of contact when communicating with the needs of chefs in the kitchen. Our success is built on our ability to work together to ensure our guests receive the very best holiday experience as possible and we will be looking to you to set an example of what exceptional customer care looks like.
This is very much a hands-on role in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
To be the face of our holidays you will need to be highly presentable, have excellent communication skills and a positive problem-solving attitude.
Ideally you will have experience in event catering, good knowledge of HACCP food hygiene and NVQ level 2 and food hygiene certificate ., * Chef: 2 years (preferred)

Starting salary £31,000 dependent on experience
