The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing partnerships, expanding our agent network, and driving student enrolments across various international markets. This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of international student recruitment and excellent stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities:Market Expansion: Identify and develop new international markets to expand the companyβs recruitment footprint.Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, language schools, agents, and educational institutions worldwide.Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive student recruitment numbers by managing agent pipelines, conversion strategies, and promotional campaigns.Team Leadership: Lead and support regional recruitment teams and business development officers in achieving country-specific targets.Performance Monitoring: Analyse market data, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve student conversion and revenue.Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing to plan region-specific campaigns, virtual fairs, webinars, and promotional materials.Representation: Represent Kampus Group at international fairs, student recruitment events, and conferences.Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth processes in student counselling, application submissions, visa guidance, and admissions follow-up.Compliance & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and education regulations, ensuring all activity complies with UKVI and relevant authorities.Candidate Requirements:Minimum of 4β5 years of experience in international student recruitment or business development within the education sector.Proven track record of achieving sales/recruitment targets in international markets.Strong knowledge of Student Visa regulations and university admissions processes.Existing network of agents or partnerships in target regions is highly desirable.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel internationally for meetings, events, and agent development.Key Competencies:Strategic Thinking & ExecutionLeadership & Team ManagementRelationship Building & Stakeholder EngagementAnalytical Mindset & Commercial AwarenessCultural Sensitivity & Global PerspectiveAdditional Details:Hours: Full-timeTravel: International travel may requiredSalary: Competitive, based on experience + performance bonusesTo apply, please submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and interest in the role.
