Job Description:
- Carry out diagnosis and preparation of vehicles to meet our client\’s standards before collection.
- Work effectively as part of a team or independently to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Complete inspections and other activities as required by the Team Leader and Manager.
- Analyze work orders to understand a vehicle\’s condition, diagnose accurately, and communicate any changes in price or additional work to clients.
- Perform warranty work according to our client\’s standards.
Skills Required:
- Full and valid UK driving license.
- Commitment to providing first-class customer service.
- Systematic, organized, with attention to detail.
- Qualifications from college or apprenticeships within a workshop/garage are preferred.
