An exciting career opportunity for an experienced Health Economist/Health Economics Consultant to join a growing global healthcare consulting firm with a people focused culture, very low staff turn over (one of the best in the entire consulting space!) and a proven progression path.

The role:
- Build and adapt Health Economic Models (Cost-effectiveness, budget-impact & others bespoke models) using Excel, VBA & R
- Work on broader technical/statistical projects, survival analysis etc.
- Support the growth of the company by assisting with proposals and understanding client needs
- Mentor, lead and guide junior Health Economist both formally and within projects
- Consult with and manage clients, many of whom are long term repeat customers
- You will receive mentoring from some of the best in the business (true experts in Health Economic modelling, HTA and Market Access consulting, as well as some ex-professors and seasoned academic leaders)
Ideal profile:
- 3-8 years Health Economic modelling experience
- Consulting experience is highly desirable, however strong academic backgrounds have also been successful in taking on this role in the past!
- MSc / PhD in Health Economics, Stats, or other relevant field
- UK HTA knowledge experience desirable, Global HTA knowledge a bonus
- Happy being hands-on and enjoys being in the details, as well being able to manage projects, teams and clients
- Good communication skills to help foster relationships internally and externally
- Enjoys a smaller growing team, visible role with great opportunity make an impact
