An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join my clients leading Property team in their Manchester offices on a Hybrid basis.
My clients Residential Property team is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and expert guidance through all stages of the property process. As my client continues to grow, they are looking for a talented and motivated Residential Property Solicitor to join their highly regarded team.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience working for a dynamic team within an outstanding firm that strives to be the best in industry and who are regarded within Manchester and the North-West as the preeminent advisors to high net worth clients, property investors, property traders, and developers.
Responsibilities:
– Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion
– Providing clients with principled and practical legal solutions, working in partnership with them as their trusted advisers
– Advising clients on all aspects of residential property law, including portfolios, buy to let properties, landlord and tenant, and HMOs
– Working closely with our Commercial Property and Tax and Estate Planning teams
Person Specification:
– Desire to learn, develop and progress as part of a team
– Be involved in the coaching and development of others
– Interest in developing inter team / firm and client relationships (being important to the team which aims to become trusted advisors to our clients)
– Qualified Solicitor or Cilex equivalent (5+ Years PQE)
