This role will see you provide leadership to a small but dedicated security team. Prior experience of supervising and motivating a team is essential. Applicants must hold a SIA CCTV license.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:

- Happy working Sunday to Thursday (with Friday and Saturday as rest days)
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the delivery of site security and soft services to a busy customer focused location
- Supervising a small security and cleaning team
- Conduct and monitor staff appraisals and encourage further development
- Staff training and development
- Rota management
- Incident management and response
- Responding to facilities issues within the building
- Safeguarding of various assets to include people, buildings and information
- Oversee the operation of security systems
- Cross functional working with the Property and Facilities teams
