We're currently recruiting a Human Resources Manager for a Global 3rd Party Logistics Company based in Redditch. This position involves assisting with the management of the overall HR operations and the delivery of strategic objectives The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively, be highly organised and remain focused under pressure. Will have experience in HR, with a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures. Connects easily with people and has a detail-oriented mindset for handling the dynamic nature of today’s workforce. You will be responsible for: * Implementing the people strategy, HR policies, procedures and plans which deliver business priorities.
