Reablement Support Worker - Full Time guaranteed hours - Part Time

As this is a Community based role you are required to have a full UK driving licence and access to your own carWorking alongside our occupational therapist team to support and identify additional aids and equipment that can help the customer achieve their goals. The reablement programme can be for up to 6 weeks and is designed to re-enable the client to maintain their independence. Shift times are 7am- 2pm and 4pm – 10pm, must be flexible to work alternate weekend shifts as a minimum.

The desired candidate will need to be confident in meeting new people, have good communication skills, be caring, reliable, patient as well as observant. Support workers will receive:
