Will you make an impact with your desire to win?Job Purpose:As a Solution Architect – Integration, you will be responsible for solution architecture and design of integration-related solutions and projects, contributing to integration strategy & architecture, and guiding the development and delivery of high-performance integration applications and frameworks in support of strategic initiatives across all projects, releases, and enhancements.The role involves collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and strategize system integration with other applications and technologies. Additionally, you will be responsible for detailed architecture, design, and governance of enterprise integration/middleware, providing procedures, policies, and guidelines to ensure project compliance with architecture principles.Main Responsibilities:Provides solution architecture in the integration area, ensuring standards, policies, and procedures are met across all delivery aspects, including automation-driven integrations.Contributes to and influences integration strategy and architecture, supporting high-performance, scalable, and automated frameworks.Establishes and enforces integration architecture standards, best practices, and compliance with policies and regulations.Maintains comprehensive documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and future enhancements.Governs enterprise integration and middleware solutions, defining and enforcing governance procedures and policies.Collaborates with enterprise architecture teams and stakeholders to identify requirements, translate into technical specs, and assess automation opportunities.Designs and implements robust, secure, and scalable integration solutions, including API-driven, event-driven, and automated workflows.Identifies risks and implements mitigation strategies with automated monitoring and alerting.Ensures quality by enforcing principles and standards, leveraging test automation frameworks.Evaluates infrastructure components, focusing on automation in deployment, monitoring, and scaling.Works with cross-functional teams to align efforts with capacity planning, SLAs, and real-time monitoring.Supports new POCs, automation technologies, and initiatives to foster innovation.Provides architectural direction, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery.Develops roadmaps and migration plans to streamline interfaces, reduce redundancy, and lower costs.Builds strong relationships with partners and vendors for seamless collaboration and data exchange.Leads and mentors external consultants, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.Provides technical leadership, motivation, and coaching to team members.Reports project status to leadership, emphasizing automation benefits.Maintains expertise in emerging technologies and automation trends.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldEnglish proficiencyExperience:Minimum 8 years in IT systems integration, design, development, deploymentAt least 3 years in Integration Architecture in multi-platform environmentsProven leadership in building and developing technical teamsExperience with SAP and non-SAP integrations, various protocols, and automationTechnical Skills:Deep understanding of process and data integration technologies and patternsProficiency with middleware technologies like SAP BTP, webMethods, SAP DS, Datasphere, SAP PI/POKnowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and integration toolsHands-on experience with protocols such as REST, SOAP, JDBC, and file exchangesExperience with Salesforce integration and automation toolsStrong problem-solving and leadership skills, familiar with DevOps and CI/CD toolsBehavioral Competencies:Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesLeadership in a dynamic environmentAbility to work globally and travel as neededWe are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, a global leader in the beverage industry, committed to diversity and innovation.
