THE COMPANY
This boutique digital agency is going through some amazing growth at the moment, and now they are looking for a CRO Manager to join the team!
THE ROLE
- Both developing and executing experimentation strategies
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders and be a key point of contact for clients
- Analysing user journeys and utilising tools like Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Hotjar, etc.
- Providing actionable insights and overseeing the design of tests
- Mentoring junior CRO analysts
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in CRO within an agency is strongly preferred
- Experience hands-on with CRO tools needed
- GA4 experience needed to extract insights
- An understanding of UX is a plus
