Kitson Associates are pleased to share a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Land Manager to join an award-winning housebuilder based in Northamptonshire.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, manage, and progress land and partnership opportunities
  • Lead and supervise bid submissions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Negotiate legal agreements and manage the pre-sale opportunities with key partners
  • Identify, assess, and pursue potential land opportunities

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in planning, land acquisition, and partnership development
  • Current network and contacts within the Northamptonshire and surrounding areas
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, capable of engaging with senior decision-makers
  • Demonstrated ability in strategy development and execution using innovative approaches
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement
