We are the largest independent mortgage brokerage in London, with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Dubai. We specialise in assisting UK and non-UK residents to obtain mortgage financing for their UK property purchases and offering protection insurance to those clients.
This is a Commission Only Sales Role, which will involve dealing with a wide range of clients including HNW and UHNW. We work alongside over 150 of London's top estate agents and property developers, offering advice on the mortgage and house buying process to their buyers. We also have an extensive list of partner companies around the world.

What we look for?
- Knowledge of the UK Protection insurance/insurance market or similar would be ideal but not essential.
- The ability to account manage a team of Capricorn advisers who will be your introducers, working with them to receive great leads and deliver great results.
- Sales-based experience and a hunger to succeed.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise to meet deadlines.
- Be confident, resourceful, and proactive.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Protection Advisers would need the RO5 qualification prior to joining; however, we can take you through the interview process without it.
Realistic OTE’s year on year are as follows:
- Year 1 - £30,000 - £50,000
- Year 2 - £80,000 - £120,000
- Year 3 - £150,000+
- Year 4 - £175,000+
