Rare opportunity for a an Architect / BIM Lead to work with a leading architectural studio on a beautiful hotel project, on a long-term contract eligible to be worked outside of IR35.
Our client has been appointed to stages 3-5 on a large resort design and are looking to work with an architect who will act as the BIM Lead on the project, with the following attributes:
– Technical capability, ability to set up Revit models and lead all aspects of model creation and development through the workstages.
– Ability to deliver projects through all stages (in particular RIBA Stages 3 & 4)
– Ability to review BIM output to ensure compliance with BEP and standards.
– Ability to run clash detection on the model.
– A good working knowledge of the UK Building Regulations.
– Will be responsible for the development of a package in a key area of the development.
– Will need to be able to provide advice and direction to team members with less BIM experience as required
